Milex and Mr. Transmission are Franchisees of Moran Industries Inc. Milex was founded in 1978 and in 1997 was acquired by Moran Industries, Inc.. Milex offers a wide range of services for all automobiles both foreign and domestic. Services offered cover all types of diagnostics and repairs including brakes, cooling systems, electrical repairs, fuel systems, and air conditioning systems.  

Mr. Transmission was founded as Automatic Transmission Service in 1956, later acquiring Grayson Rose Transmission in 1968. In October 1990 Moran Industries, Inc. acquired the Mr. Transmission team, consisting of 65 active franchise owners and relocated the corporate offices to Midlothian , Illinois . In less than one year, Mr. Transmission grew to 85 service centers. Today, they are approximately 153 Mr. Transmission service centers around the country.
